Finally...the Laundry Room is finished!

I just love the chocolate and light blue... I would have never dreamed I would paint a room in my house blue (probably one of my least favorite colors) but I love this! I used a shower curtain as fabric to make the closet curtain and then used the left over fabric to stretch across an artists canvas to make the "art" for the wall. An old kitchette table became the perfect folding station. And those stacking laundry baskets...well...those truly are the best laundry invention ever! They are made by Rubbermaid and are called the Stack n' Sort Laundry Basket (available at The Container Store and Do It Best hardware stores for about $11 each). I couldn't do laundry without them.

Sooo nice! I have major laundry room envy :) Mine is in what I call the dungeon...our unfinished basement - dirt wall and all!
I bet you are relieved that this project is done! Looks great by the way.
Fabulous! We are in the middle of a small remodel too. Not fun . . but the results are worth it. Right?
