I made banana bread and muffins yesterday!!...OMG!!! I made banana bread and muffins yesterday!!!! My house smelled so good too! I made up my own recipe though, wanting to make it a little more healthy, and no nuts, using wheat flour and adding a little brown sugar - it is sooo good. My kids are eating up the muffins anytime they want a snack. I also have a trick with those 'old' bananas... I stick them in the freezer until I can use them for bread!
